Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without stating reasons within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (Matthies Spielprodukte GmbH + Co. KG, Kurt A. Körber Chaussee 64, 21033 Hamburg, phone: phone: 040 735 85 09, e-mail: office@living-puppets.de) by clear declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached template for doing so, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to return all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs caused by you selecting a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us), immediately and by no later than fourteen days after the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you did in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will we invoice any fees to you for this refund.

We can refuse refund until the goods are returned to us or until you have proven that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens earlier. You are required to send back or return the goods immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days after the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The time limit is complied with if you post the goods before expiry of the fourteen-day time limit. You shall bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value results from any handling of the goods not required for testing quality, features and functionality of the goods.
